• How do I activate my Scented Cabin diffuser?

• Answer:

1. Prep: Remove all external packaging and warning labels.

2. Open: Unscrew the wooden lid and carefully remove the clear plastic stopper. You may discard the stopper or save it for long-term storage.  

3. Reseal: Screw the wooden lid back on securely—ensure it is completely tight before proceeding.  

4. Activate: Briefly tip the bottle upside down for 3–5 seconds to allow the oil to soak into the wood. Retighten the lid after every tip to prevent leaks.  

5. Hang: Adjust the string and hang upright from your rearview mirror. Ensure it does not obstruct your view.

• How long will my fragrance last?

• Answer: Depending on the collection tier and environmental factors (like heat and airflow), our fragrances typically provide a refined presence for 21 - 30 days. To refresh the scent, simply tip the bottle again for 1-2 seconds.

• Are your fragrances safe for my vehicle's interior?

• Answer: Yes. We use high-quality, non-toxic bases. However, fragrance oils are potent; ensure the bottle remains upright and avoid letting the oil come into direct contact with plastics, leather, or textiles.

• Are your products "Clean"?

How to Increase Intensity

If you prefer a bolder presence, you can tip the jar more frequently to keep the wooden lid saturated. However, please note that more frequent rewetting will naturally shorten the lifespan of your oil.
